WHAT DOES THE COACHING LOOK LIKE?
- After selecting the appropriate cooperation option, I contact you to determine the form of the interview/consultation (we can arrange a call or do it in the form of an electronic survey)
- After the payment, I need up to 48 hours to arrange and write a plan for you.
- After you get the plan, I am here to answer all your doubts and questions.
- The most important part of the program is your work, i.e. implementing the plan's principles!
- You record one set of each exercise from the plan and send the videos to me for analysis and correction of the technique.
- Together we discuss every finished week and update the plan for the upcoming one.
FAQ
I have never trained before. Is this collab for me?
Of course! Online coaching is a form of collaboration that works successfully for both beginners and advanced, regardless of their goals or needs. We learn, we support, we are here for each other!
What is Autoregulation?
It is a scale of perceived fatigue during the sets. Imposing predetermined training loads on someone is a big mistake, which is why we are guided by your feelings for a given day, using, for example Reps in Reserve. Don't worry, it's all explained in detail in your plan's instructions.
Do I need to go to the gym to follow the plan?
You can do your workouts at home but this requires purchasing a basic training equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, bar) and greatly limits your options. The gym is definitely the best choice - you have got everything you need and you grow a mental advantage to accomplish the workout 🙂
Do I need to submit videos and reports?
The videos you send are the most important information: Whether the training sessions were actually performed What technique the exercises were performed with The way we can effectively work on your improvement and progress. Trust me, it works!
How long does the package last (monthly option)?
The package lasts 31 days from the moment you receive the plan.
